Whether you’re feeding the whole backyard or just a few folks who showed up “for a minute,” our Hustler and Big Boss Packs have you covered. Available Saturday, Sunday, and Monday only.
The Turkey They Wait For All Year
Our honey-brined birds are smoked low and slow until they’re tender, juicy, and ready to earn a spot in the middle of your table. Pick one up hot and ready, bring it home, and take all the credit—we won’t tell. Pre-orders begin October 5th, and these birds have a habit of selling out by November, so don’t wait too long.

We bring the crew, set everything up, keep the line stocked, and make sure your guests are taken care of from start to finish.

Throughout the year we partner with local schools, clubs, youth sports teams, and PTAs to help give back to our community. Fundraisers are easy to set up, fun to attend, and stocked with delicious BBQ for everyone to enjoy.
